My account of nearly 4 years was hacked into and banned for scripting

I try to log in to my account and see permanently banned for scripting. I was shocked and confused because I have never cheated in an online game ever, and league is a game I am truly passionate over, so I would have zero reason to script. I'm on a voice call with friends while this happens, and we check my match history, and boom. Someone played with people I have never seen before in ARAM of all places, and about 6 or 7 games. Luckily he didnt go into ranked and ruined peoples games, because then I would have LP unfairly and people lost LP unfairly as well. The worst thing is I want to change my password on my account but the email I used to make the account wont let me in and I cannot access it to change my password. I have put in so much time, effort, and money into this game and I would hope my account can be unbanned please. Hopefully they can track my log in IP and see it was not me who logged into my account the day I was banned. If I could get some help and a response I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.
