It took me ALL of this entire season simply to reach Gold 4, and now that I'm here, I don't qualify for Victorious Aatrox cause' you assholes set up an unreasonably strict system? It takes like 400 games just to get to honor Lvl 1, how is that fucking fair???
Seems pretty fair especially with the way you are reacting to it. It was in place since the previous season even, so they told people you had to be level 2 at least to gain rewards.
And before that they had it that if you were punished within a certain amount of the before the season ended you couldn't get rewards either.
Let me quickly explain how Riot works really quick pal
Riot: You must have Honor 2 or above and be ranked Gold or above to get the free rewards
You: does something unhonorable
Riot: doesnt give you skin

As much as I dont agree with everything on Riots punishment system I can understand how this works it even tells you WHAT YOU NEED to get the skin if you paid attention of course.

K stop it right there mate there has ALWAYS be something in place what could prevent you from earning reward. In the past it was if you got punisht around the end of august or had a actif punishment when season ended you would not get your rewards.And its for 2 seasons now the ranked rewards are tight to your honor lvl. You blame riot for not getting rewards did they typed what got you punisht no they dint there is nobody but yourself to blame for this.

Thats what happens when you break the rules its not about being fair its about what happens when you BREAK the rules.
OP you sound like you were punished. Should there be a reward for punishment? I only wish there were more reward for reforming, because that part goes with little to no notice.
Different thought from the OP though...I don't remember what honor level every account starts on, is it 0? I'm pretty sure it's possible to NOT have honor 2 by the time a player can be level 30 and go into ranked. What if it's your first ever season, you haven't hit honor 2, but you're somehow good enough to get into Gold? Surely those players have to exist, right? Not everyone is getting honored every game, so a first season player shouldn't be denied their rewards...assuming my train of thought is accurate.
I recently got chat restricted for calling for reports, and unless it takes longer going from honor 0-1 it should be relatively quick, as it took me only about a month to get to 2 from 1.
