Why such a long cooldown for a first offence.

i would like to let you guys know I rarely and I mean every once a year when playing have to leave a game, but when the game dosent let you lock in your champ then gives you a 30 min cooldown cause your timer ran out because it wouldn't lock in is bull shit. ive been playing league now for a few years and this first time dodgeing offense by accident because the broke fucking client is bull shit. please fix your the client so it stops disconnecting for noreason and crashing when ever it feels like it because this really pissed me off.

first dodge- 6 minutes second dodge- 30 minutes

it gets reset every 24 hours.

You should look into fixing the problem. I suggest updating your drivers, running the client repair tool, updating and running a malware scan, and if you're not using a SSD I'd also defrag.
