Tribunal Return
Is anyone else tired of people coming into the game being tilted from the last one and raging and taking their problems out on your team? Its becoming an every game occurrence. People are ruining the league community's image. My last game the Tristana I had started raging at level 1 at me because her Morgana duo didnt land her stuns when we went to try to invade. So I go back to my jungle and ask for a leash on my camp. From there she throws a hissy fit that we left, raging in chat saying I am a troll, you cannot trust low elo junglers blah blah blah. She goes 0/2 in the next three minutes. Report me she says. I become 3/0 and then gank bot lane and die becuase her and her duo run away as I go in that way I will die. From there it is a chat fast, and so I mute them both as they are becoming keyboard warriors. Since I am not responding to them they start spam pinging me. Ok, so I mute their pings as well. What good does that do against troll teams? Nothing. They will find a way to abandon you or get you killed. It is sad when you have to use your Olaf ult to dodge the bomb plants that your bot lane uses to send you flying into the enemy team so you will die.
Two games ago, I had a Shaco Nasus duo. The shaco was a toxic asshole, and constantly complained and the zed joined in before the game even started. I was silver 1 and they were complaining before we even left base that I was not a gold player. I died two times to save them as Leo support. From there they started raging in all chat, just like my previous game, and I go in and they run away 10/10 times and then gripe at me. I caught the Jhin out and they run away from me and let me die. Muting does not help this.
Three games ago, I played bard support, where i did mediocre at the start. I was like 4/6/10 and the hec was 2/8. I did everything I was able to do to help my team, and they started raging harder than a 10 year old who just lost his diamond pickaxe on minecraft. I did not say anything to them. I go to ward baron and I get one shotted by the fed camille jungle. Everyone starts raging and bming. They start to troll, and use bombs to blow me up into the enemy team and let me die. It is becoming an every game occurrence, and I honestly love this game and the ranking system. This game is my main hobby, and people just ruin it for some of us, and I dont want to, but I am just losing interest all together. People have bad games I understand, but the muting of chat and pings is not effective for these "die hard trolls." Its just pathetic that people give up so easily and will do what they can to take their anger out on you even if you take riots advice and mute them.
If I am playing another game and ask someone, "Hey do you play league?" Their response 9/10 times is, "No, I play games to have fun, I tried it but that community is cancer." I know that the world will always have that one guy in a lobby. I do not know if you have plans on returning the tribunal or what, but I think that a more effective system should be implemented.
