yeah i get it was a little moody at the start but c'mon I've been told i should get aids I've been in games where people have told my friend to get in a car crash with his mom in the car while he takes her to the hospital cause of heart issues. Honestly at this point League of Legends is a foreign entity stealing money from Americans. It just irks that people can wish harm say racist and horrible things to someone and there is no actions taken upon them even after 3 or more people report them. Riot must only go after people who have spent a decent amount of money on their accounts because the few people i know that have been perma banned have spent 50 to 100+ USD on their accounts. I will be writing to the B.B.B. and Pres. Donald Trump about your lucrative business model.

When your opening line is "reporting you" rather than, say, "Hey Shyv -- did you not notice the fight bot? We could have used you in it," and your entire chat log is full of the same sort of behavior (a lot of comments about how you're reporting someone and how your teammates are trolling) instead of anything constructive, this can happen, yes. Especially because, for this to have earned a permanent ban, you would have had to receive a 14-day ban in the past, and the accompanying final warning to make sure your behavior is good for the community.

That said, people saying racist things or wishing harm on other players are punished, usually strictly, and usually swiftly. You just don't always get an alert every time a punishment goes out.

Now, to address a few specific points.

Honestly at this point League of Legends is a foreign entity stealing money from Americans.

At no point is it theft. They're very clear about their behavioral expectations, and the penalties for violating them, and their terms of use is very clear about how you do not retain the right to products you buy if you get banned. This is presented before you make any purchases.

Riot must only go after people who have spent a decent amount of money on their accounts because the few people i know that have been perma banned have spent 50 to 100+ USD on their accounts.

This is anecdotal. There are people banned who have spend nothing, and people banned who have spent thousands. It's entirely due to their behavior.

That's an incredibly empty threat, as the BBB already has Riot at an F (and is widely distrusted because it tends to just serve as a place where people only post when threatening a company), and any president has more important things to worry about than someone getting banned from a video game.

Well deserved ban, good riddance. Perma ban means you have been temp banned before, so you should have been reformed by now. You just kept spamming and chat and being extremely toxic. One less guy to worry about.
