Will i get reported even when im not even being that toxic?

i was playing riven against renekton top lane and i was doing just fine, and also kinda winning the laning phase. renekton's jg is xin and he hard camped me 3 times but didnt really get any kill from me. i played as safe as i could under tower from then on but my jungler ww never come to help. soon after xin helped renekton took down my tower and all i said was "thanks for all the ganks buddy, they really help me save my tower" sarcastically of course. so he just started flaming me for "inting", losing my lane, being toxic for one sentence which was all i said, and constantly harrasing me and telling the whole team to report me.

Sarcasm is considered mild toxicity.

1 line in 1 game alone won't punish you, however, if you do it consistently, you will get punished.

You can get reported for anything but, false reports will be ignore by the system so you don't have to worry about it. Also, this is a message from a Riot Support member. "Monokuma: chat restrictions are almost always given within 15 minutes of a match ending..." So if you didn't get punished in 15 mins, you are most likely ok.

Know that you can be reported at any time by anything by anyone. But it doesn't make it legitimate. It takes an actual offense by Riot's policy standards to get a flag from a report.

So unless you did anything that was actually offensive, as in insulting, consistently harassing them or such, you don't have a single thing to worry about. It takes a legitimate offense for any report to flag you.

I'm not sure what you mean by "that toxic."

The best way to avoid being reported for being any level of toxic is to not be toxic at any level. Just say nice things and only have nice things to say! :)
