Can you dispute being chat restricted?

My account is literally filled with keys from player honors, I'm always getting keys for being a positive player. I had a game in which my adc flashed and healed into lane at 100% hp 2 minutes in, it looked like trolling so I typed "Wtf?" and the Jinx responded by calling me a "r***ard", flamed me all game, refused to farm if I was in lane, spam pinged and ulted at me every time it came up.

Enemy morgana typed "Jinx tilted?" and I typed a little in all chat with "Ikr, did you see the flash heal?"

This was about the extent of any "negativity" i can possibly think of, I'm just not a flamer in anyway, I'm always a very positive player, I play support and always encourage my team. I got reported by Jinx, who told the enemy team to report me in all chat too. Ironically I just got chat restricted for a game where I got flamed all game and didn't flame at all back.

I get maybe the best thing is to not reply at all but I definitely wasn't toxic, I didn't spam pings or insult players, someone even called Jinx mentally ill in all chat and I defended this by saying that's going too far. Pretty disappointed in the system and wondering if there's a way to file a dispute, get an actual person to look the chat over and see I was being a calm nice person considering I was being called all sorts of offensive slurs all game.

You can submit a support ticket, but they're very likely to overturn it, no matter what your previous history is.

If you post your chat logs here, we can help you see what was toxic.

Really don't think this deserves a punishment. Riot's getting a little too generous with their chat restriction handouts. A couple things I would suggest not doing next time: Don't say r-tard or ask people to report anybody. Even though your context was not meant to harm, the systems can pick up certain words and deliver a punishment for them. I'd definitely send in a ticket, but I don't know if it'll do anything unfortunately. :(

You can always submit a ticket here and request that someone takes a look at it.

Besides that I would recommend showing us your full chatlog, as a screenshot or copy-pasted, so we could give you a bit feedback.

The verbal punishment system has a 99.9% accuracy. So it's highly unlikely it is wrong for a chat restriction.

Since you are submitting a ticket anywyas, you can ask them how many recent games you were validly reported. There are probably things in your chat you consider isn't flaming but still is considered harassment.

No one can even dispute being behaved. you don't need to be bad to get anything flipped.

Yeah, file a support ticket.
