Banning should take into account actions within game

Okay it's just ridiculous that a person can just not say anything and feed or go afk and come back (and blame lag or bug splat) or troll pick champions and get away with it without any repercussions...Because Riot's system only punishes people that are more vocal about their actions. You can just do whatever you want and as long as you don't say anything rude or type anything in game you get a easy pass.

The past few games I had:

game 1: troll pick teemo jungle who KS'd everyone's kills, pushed their lane when we died then afked 3 times giving us the false excuse that he had a "blue screen". We told him to stop KSing or pushing and would and he did not listen.

game 2: troll pick nasus jg and int fed and all he said was "lol" or "xD"

game 3: troll picked twtich top and roamed all game from level one.

and the list goes on and on from game to game and happens often...

These players dod't say much just come in ruin the game and leave. The worst part is you are just held hostage for the entire 30-45 min of the game until the enemy stomps you completely because either the troll will not give in to the unanimous vote or one other person will just not want to quit.

This is just plain wrong. How can you expect anyone to play with these conditions? The system should allow reports with option of attachment of the replay or even a portion of the replay (if the servers cannot take in that many full replays) which we can crop to include the clips in which it clearly shows the person in question is trolling then followed by a permanent ban.

Like this is the reason the game has a bad reputation. Swift and hard justice is never served.

I know everyone is gonna downvote this right away it seems to be the only this the people on here do when you say something logical.

What you say isn't logical though...

You're claiming that if you get into an argument with another patron in a restaurant, the restaurant will spend their time figuring out who started it. No, they'll ask you both to leave.

You report actual trolls/feeders? They'll get banned, trust me. If you flame them for it? You'll get punished.

Honestly, there is a lot of merit to both arguments.

For one, Person A can declare that Person B is feeding. Without taking actions into account, there are many things that could go wrong. A can get B in trouble despite simply having a bad game, or even if A just feels like blaming the support. On the flipside, B can int and avoid punishment as long as he keeps his mouth shut (or at least clean). The problem gets worse with certain team comps. Some comps just walk over others like carpet, especially with some of the new releases and reworks. The assassin update made it worse, since some of them are so bursty that bot laners rarely have a prayer to get out alive, nevermind win the fight.

On the other hand, actions don't mean anything when we're dealing with flat out flaming. If a player goes 17/3/8, I still don't want to play with them if they are a flat out toxic clears throat butthole. I mean there's nothing worse than having a good time when someone screams and swears at you about you misclicking.

Point is, it's situational. Actions don't matter in certain situations.
