Is this toxic enough to be considered worthy of a chat restriction?

Before this, I was honor 3, and was relatively friendly with everyone, getting tons of honors and such. However, after 2 ranked games of the junglers griefing/being toxic got me a sudden chat restriction. 1st game we had a jarven who was towerdiving the enemy anivia, even with our lissandra telling him to stop. He would then laugh at all the smallest mistakes I made because I was the only one to express some emotion. 2nd game we had an ekko jungle who would essentially run into the enemy multiple times, and flame us all while doing it. I got hit with a 9 game chat restriction and my honor dropped from 3 to locked honor 1. I asked for riot to look over my case, and they did and are going into it, but most likely the honor lock will still stand. They did give me the chat logs of what they deemed to me "toxic". I just want to know if what I said was that worthy of a chat restriction and an honor drop. Its frustrating, but please be honest and I'll try to accept it without bias as well.

The only chat logs I recieved were from game one, however (to the j4).
