This is what happens when you let a trash automated system run your bans riot, you can't even get it to work properly :^)

when you get "check your email for details", it is a manual ban.
Check your spam folder if you can't find it, and make sure that you're checking the proper email that's actually linked to your account. If all else fails file a support ticket about it.
