Appealing a Perma Ban?

Hello, I am ApocalypseHero4 in game, now admittedly I had a few chat bans that I fully deserved. However, I was just perma banned and legitimately did nothing wrong. Literately, all I did was have a polite conversation with a WW in my game about why I was reporting him. There was nothing toxic in it what so ever. I was just trying to give the guy some advice because he was being completely rude and toxic the entire game. After wards, I reported him which then got instant feedback that he was penalized. Instantly after, I was penalized and permanately banned. I don't understand how my report could have been found correct but then me get perma banned still. Literately, read the chat logs riot, I said absolutely nothing toxic to him what so ever. I had done everything in my power to ensure that I wasn't toxic any more. Had been honored more times then I can count since my reforming and everything. WTH? Can someone please check on this.

Could you share your chat logs? Preferably in an un-editable form (like a screenshot)

Where would I find my chat logs? I can't even log into the client anymore or I would screenshot them there

Most of the time when someone acts completely innocent, Tantram comes in and let's them know that he knows they're blatantly lying. I'm not saying that's what's gonna happen here, but understand it's hard to just take your word for it. Hopefully you can get chat logs and figure this out. Submit a ticket to support for additional info on your ban.

I have sumbitted a ticket. Nah, like I said, I wasn't completely innocent. I had problems in the past but not since my 2 week ban.

post your chatlogs from your punishment card. you can see it when you try to log in and play the game but can't because the pop up window with your punishment is there.
