i got 3 punishments from rito games.and they said i will get banned if any slightly toxic behaviour appears on my account.i wonder if i reform and get high honor etc do the punishments reset or i am still at stake ?

You can certainly drop penalty tiers, but it’ll take both time and games played. Neither abandoning your account for three months nor grinding 150 games in a week will help. You need to maintain a clean record for an extended period of time.
Your account will definitely improve with time - but it will take time (more than you think).
Ignore honors - they don't contribute to your account in the same way. You could get honored every game, but if you have valid reports you'll still get punished. Your goal is not getting reported for valid reasons. The game can definitely be stressful - do anything you can do not vent that stress in game either by action or in chat. Teammate pissing you off? Swear out loud. Want someone to do something in game? SUGGEST it, don't order it.
The punishments do not reset with honor or time alone. Over time (a few months) of play with a couple games per day (average) you will generally move back down to the prior punishment level. If you have just come off a 14 day ban, it can take 9-12 months of clean play (zero valid reports) to move your account back to fully clean standing.
my account is the best example. if someone from riot reads this please confirm it, i had over 10 chatrestrictions on this account.
and i dont mean i was restricted for 10 games, no i mean i got actually punished over 10 times, but never past the 25 games CR. right now im on a really good roll and i think i finally found my peace with the stuff that used to get me mad.
so yes, your account will drop in penalty tiers. btw: it doesnt take AS LONG as some comments make it seem.
