So, as you do understand, trolls do get punished. We agree it isn't at a pace that is as quick as we would like though. "Flame" isn't so much worse, as much as it is easier to catch. This is why you get more strikes for verbal offense than gameplay (minus ZT).

Words can potentially influence a match as much as someone who is inting/trolling. In fact, if you are flaming/accussing someone of inting/trolling and they aren't; they might start just to spite you.

Censors. The fucking words themself don't matter two damns worth. The shitty way they get used does. "Fuck, she hurts" after getting one shotted is different from "Fuck you you try harding bitch."

People acting like sportsmanship, teamwork, and cooperation are some sort of invasive new-wave of anti-fun priorities baffle me.

If I said "You are now banned", I'd be stating simple, objective, neutral truth. If I said "Your attitude is toxic and unrepentant, and this game will be infinitely better now that you've been shown the door", I'd be stating what's true to me, but it would be fucking ludicrous for me to somehow assume that that wouldn't be antagonistic towards you, and if I made a similar statement during a game in which you were on my team, I'd be deliberately fucking up team morale and cohesion. You've had plenty of chances to understand why that's a bad thing.

Cursing is fine. Insulting others, using curses or otherwise, is not.

see i remember the old days where even pros would talk shit to each other but now its more about sjws crying over everything nd this safe space crap for the weak minded. Ohh before you all start saying i dont know im medicated for depression and anxiety disorder lol. you ant say anything to anyone anymore even if they do int and half the time if you have an inter or troll the enemy team will usually just say why should i report him were just good. and never gets reported but if in chat all he says is we can still win hes considered the saint of the game. all this censorship crap in games is starting to go to far and life inst a giant safe space. and the fact that ranked has not been very balanced games atm with it being 50/50 on if you win or not is not and not about if you know how to play is not helping the case of people getting frustrated.
