how do i report someone outside a game

so there was this person that was extremely pissed, he added me and i just wanted to calm the dude down, he burst with flames . words here and there. these type of people, i don't think deserve to be around the league community. so my question is how do i report these type of people in the future? if its not me as a target, some other young boy or girl might come in contact with these, aggressive players . there should be a report button to wash away these vile, salty players. league is no fun with these type of players around. :3*[slayer-jinx-catface]*

It's nearly impossible. I've been trying to relate a similar individual(s) to Riot Support. Although I can't actually see them, I imagine their reaction is something similar to a blank stare.

They have become quite crafty, so if you are speaking with them in a chat room, they will log in with a toxic throwaway, spew garbage, and then log out. It's obvious to you and everyone there what happened, but to anyone else it looks like some random person.
