I just had an Ezreal in my latest game frustrated over the game as the jungler was killing him and the enemy adc was doing better i was out there doing my thing i start getting fed. I kept doing what i do being new at this game and he just asks me how can i be so damn positive? This community is a weird one. Its like everyone plays but either hates the game or hate themselves or is too emotionally invested its not the first time ive seen this either. Ive been playing for maybe a week i think a couple of games and why would people be so frustrated at this? Just be you try to do what you can do and accept some people are better at it. With that being said im liking the game even tho i dunno alot about it. Anyways just wanted to say my thoughts. Have a nice day folks.

I suspect it's because people think they should be [fill in a rank] but don't have the skills and focus to advance... and believe it's everyone else keeping them down. And when they express their frustration, it distracts teammates and leaves the player unable to play during the seconds it takes to type.

And they don't realize the half-way point in skills is mid silver. Which means more than half the player base won't get the end of season skin for placing Gold or higher.

And if you hang around the boards, you'll see that those skins and ranked borders (silver and up) are highly prized by ranked players so anything that holds them back--especially anything outside their control--sets them off.

Then, if they have gotten banned, they've lost any previous rank they may have had, with an increasing time crunch to grind back up.

Yeah a lot of kids lack sensibility. They put too much value on winning the video game, so they take it way too seriously and their emotions get so fucking high its just weird.

Those frustrated people at low level are typically players on alt accounts, whom typically have their other accounts 14-day banned or permabanned due to toxicity.

Those players have high expectations for others and they can't stand any misplay that they spot. Many times their play isn't the cleanest, but they fail to see any method of play (other than their own plays) as valid plays. So they get salty cos they think your plays are costing them the game.
