"Feeding" or learning?

I've been playing League for a very small amount of time. My account is very old but I never played it fully and had my cousin always play. I've noticed the amount of toxic and annoying people you encounter in the game. A common reason I get reported is because of feeding? Can you really get banned for feeding if you're just worse than the opposite player? Like you can't possibly get banned in League for trying to get better and being bad right?

I recommend playing bots please. Save other people the suffering. I know it's toxic for me to say, but at least learn the basics such as farming under tower, looking at the map frequently, knowing what to do after certain events happen such as how to rotate and group when needed. And biggest thing for people who are feeding, if you die, "try" to play safe. Stop trying to constantly fight someone who killed you a few times already. Just try to farm and soak exp from your lane as safely as possible and do your best to not die. Wait on your team to help you or for them to do other things on the map while you try to defend your lane. Your job after dying a few times and being behind is just to play safe, wait for team to help, or wait for a time when you are needed to help your teammates. You want to try to not die again as much as possible and play defensive/passive.

I'm not trying to be mean, but I have a lot of games where people don't know basic things and it makes the games very frustrating to play. I'm not saying someone has to be perfect, but when they are really new in a pvp, it's frustrating. If you are really new then please do a huge favor and play co-op vs ai intermediates for a while before playing pvp. That being said,
