Disclaimer: I can take screenshots too if anyone doubts the legitimacy of these messages, it's just easier to copy and paste. Basically, came back for the first time to blow off some steam as I just had a friend pass away (R.I.P my brother Chris :'( and figured League (my absolute favorite game to play, least favorite player base to deal with) and guess what happens? I go ryze jungle, try to gank a bot lane that had zero idea on how to respond to ganks so I ended up feeding bad (whole team fed, whatever) but since I'm RYZE JUNGLE AND THAT'S GASP "OFF META* The ENTIRE game I proceed to get harassed worst than I ever have in my entire life! LITERALLY my ENTIRE life, I am talking worse than school teachers, the worst scoldings by my father, the worst breakups, etc, etc. It was RELENTLESS... I MUTED them all very early of course. So we last 48 minutes and I tried my best to at least pep the team up even though I had them ALL 100% muted I just wanted to put out positive vibes without receiving anymore Of the "YOU ARE A FU!$@!$*ING INCOMPETENT AS!!#@#!@ NECK YOURSELF NOW, NOW, NOW" x100 48 minutes. So, game ends, it's post lobby.. UH OH, can't mute them anymore and my game is lagging so I can't exit out before the inevitable harassment these evil players had been waiting for! (The moment that I could finally read their near Satanic level of harassment again, the un-mutable post lobby!) So what next, I have a HUMAN REACTION and decide to stand up for myself for one entire minute. UH OH, BIG MISTAKE, BOT DETECTION SERVICE DOESN'T GIVE A FUCK IF A FOUR MAN PREMADE WHO SPENT THE ENTIRE GAME CALLING YOU CURSE WORDS THAT YOU DIDN'T EVEN KNOW EXISTED ALL COLLECTIVELY report my already flagged account from back before my hiatus when I hadn't learned to ALWAYS MUTE ALL.

TL;DR Got banned for an entire minute of defending myself in a situation where I couldn't mute anyone and game hadn't loaded to the point where I could exit the post-game lobby. This is despite the fact that I was pretty damn positive all game even though I was saying it through gritted teeth as one can only be harassed so much before they start going insane and / mute all.

Question to Riot, please, please can someone from Riot answer me this? If your current automated banning/detection system/three strikes rule thing is so effective then why is it that even after a four month break EVERY. GAME. I. GET. INTO. HAS. AT. LEAST. TWO OR THREE. PEOPLE WHO ARE SO TOXIC IT I HAVE TO MUTE THEM WITHIN MINUTES OF PLAYING. And you call this a TEAM game? What the hell is the point? I am so sick of this man. I am not a bad player, I don't deserve to be permanently removed for having a human reaction to CONSTANT duress. THANK you for your time and have a wonderful Christmas. Peace and love to all.

Was your 14 day suspension just before your hiatus? If it was, then unfortunately you were still on very thin ice, and this one game of being toxic pushed you through it. Suspensions don't go away over time, they go away with games played where you're not toxic.

You were rude to Leona and Vayne, used k/d/a's against someone, you were rude to Lee. Oh, and telling people you're going to report them. Just report them, you don't need to tell them you're doing it.

As others have said, you can send in a support ticket, but don't expect much as this seems to be a valid ban.

The bad news is Riot is not so sympathetic.

You could try a support ticket. Probably not good odds of forgiveness but it doesn't hurt to try.

P.S When I got my fourteen day suspension the advice given to me was to simply mute all since it was agreed I am just way too empathic of a person to ignore shitty dialogue in chat. AKA unlike some psychopaths out there nowadays I personally believe there is value and potential for good in EVERY human life, I consider every human white, black, Asian, trans, bi, gay, etc, etc my brothers, sisters, and zursters. It's HARD FOR ME RIOT, to play this TEAM GAME with blinders on due to this chronic fear of "uh oh if I say the wrong thing I am going to get report bombed and I may never get to play this game again because it has one of the harshest and most unlikely to punish the people who actually need it

after a 14-day ban you are on thin ice, and any sort of negative behavior will instantly result in a permaban. If you took a 4 month haitus, chances are it was due to this game setting you off. You very clearly stated you knew you should have muted them, but you didn't. Riot does not lift permabans ever under any circumstance.

If you report toxic players, they will be banned. You are proof of this. You are now permabanned. The system works, so there is no excuse for your own behavior.

If you are still interested in playing League, take advantage of the snowdown event, using tokens to purchase champion shards is a good way to fill up on blue essence.
