Unfair chat restrictions

I feel like I always get chat restricted or account suspended for literally the wildest reasons. Like RIOT is watching my IP and just waits for me to say a cuss word so they can slap me with a restriction or suspension. My most recent chat restriction was because my ADC who was obviously de-ranking an account probably to resell or something, was running it down and ended up going 3-14... And I just simply asked the enemy team to report him/her for inting and told them to stop declining the surrender because they are wasting everyone else's time!!! AND THAT'S IT, I didn't say ANY of the things I WANTED to call this person because I didn't want to get reported. But it turns out at post game chat I politely asked the enemy team to report again and they ended up reporting me for being toxic and said they wasn't gonna report this person????? Like how am I in the wrong here. It's really sad I have to TURN OFF my chat because Riot leaves it in the hand of bots to do THEIR job. Like I understand there is a-lot of reports coming in and it's a-lot to handle, but regarding if a account gets SUSPENDED, RESTRICTED, or BANNED a actual person should handle that. If there's a ticket option that CLEARLY says the bot makes mistakes why in the world are you all still using it?

So I had to play ranked only being able to send a few messages every like 5 mins or something. (Btw this game my urgot was toxic, griefing, and inting and didn't receive a penalty. I op.gg'd him the next day and he had still been playing, mostly inting)

So I guess i'm mostly asking if anyone else feels this way? Like they receive restrictions, suspensions ETC that aren't fair at all? Post logs if possible

Why do you feel the need to ask people to report a person that does bad , they can see that person is breaking the rules and they will report him , soo why are you asking them to report him/her ?

I submitted a ticket to Riot cause I said i didn't trust the bot's action that gave me the chat restriction they never replied to my ticket or gave me a response.

You have to wait :l , the response isn't instant, and if you add more stuff to the ticket it will slow the response even more.**

There really is a difference between someone who is inting and someone who is having a bad game. I'm not sure what happened in your particular game, but I've seen it countless times where someone on the team is doing bad and then someone else on the team tries to rally everyone to report them for it.

I think it's pretty ridiculous. It's probably more useful instead of pointing out a flaw to drop a few words of encouragement because sometimes less is more. We're very limited since we don't have any voice comms.

As mentioned above, but should be reiterated.... Asking for reports is in itself a bannable offense. In doing so, you are explicitly calling out one person and basically encouraging others to target and harass them.

Added on top of the fact that 1 report has the same weight as 9, (the logic simply goes "was there a report on this person this game, if so, review" it does not check how many reports), you are asking for a thing that does nothing, and is itself toxic.

I really wish this was a thing that got explained somewhere in client as people really don't get it, then get in trouble asking for reports.

I just got a chat restriction from two dbags, one intentionally fed b/c he died to an invade and blamed the team for his death, despite numerous wards, and the other was from an ornn supp that got tilted b/c we died early and just gave up. The reporting system is a joke and im confident that most people that get reported is just from petty revenge or spite b/c they have no other alternatives to stroke their diminished loathsome egos. They NEED to start severely punishing ppl who int feed, it isnt hard to tell whether they are. I would honestly take chat restrictions if these dbags got 14day bans for their actions. Inting is far more detrimental than "naughty words" I can assure you.
