I've got a card saying I've been punished with chat restriction for 25 games, but I can't play as if I'm banned, not restricted

Weird never experienced this as I just got a 25 game chat restricted today aswell Rengar

What happened when you tried to play? Is it grey out? Best thing to do is submit a support ticket.

It even stays gray after you click the x or continue button or whatever they have to move out of that window?
