Ineligible to earn loot

Went on tilt for a few games, paid for it with a 10-game chat restriction, and now it seems I'm unable to earn any loot for what's looking like an indefinite amount of time.

I don't get it. I paid for my transgressions, why am I getting punished more? Why am I seeing all of my friends getting loot while I'm earning absolutely nothing?

At least tell me when I'll be eligible for loot again, but nope, nothing.
