Ive learned my lesson by not letting my brother use my account and being salty, please riot lift my ban and if somehow someone get's salty ban me

Unfortunately they will not remove that. You are responsible for your brother's behavior when you allow him to use your account, and account sharing is against the Terms of Use. Please keep this in mind next time.

The reason you've "learned your lesson" is because you got punished. Removing the punishment would be counterproductive.

That's not how it works. You messed up and now you have to pay that price.

They will allow you to come back, but only if you make a new account. Everything you had before is gone.
