Hi. I was wondering since I been losing many rank games why don't I stick to jngle. I just bought rammus and I will practise him in normals. I want to know if rammus can help you climb to a higher rank from silver and I also want to know when to gank with him. Thanks for the people who will reply and help me in a positive way
Wrong boards, but any champ can make you climb providing if you can understand how to win.
My personal rule of thumb is that there normally will be 2 allies better than you and 2 allies worse than you. My job is to identify who are the ones that are better than me and play through (or with) them to win the game.
If I identify the wrong players, then I either have to change mid way or I lose the game.
As someone who is going to be Gold for the rest of my life, I have a lot of experience in the low/middle ranks. I found that the best way to climb, or to even win non-ranked games, is to be more skilled in how to bring about winning conditions, not necessarily any champion-specific skills.
Let me put it this way - forget how you are as Rammus or any other champion, how are you as the jungler, and do you know how to use the role itself in ways to tip the scales in your favor? Outside of your role, how is your macro? Low/middle ranks are notorious for people not knowing when or how to end the damn game. lol
