Apparently a bunch of players think that norms are to troll and to lose and it's really annoying when I don't want to play ranked and I just want to relax and win some norms, or maybe I want to get a higher mastery on A champion without risking losing more LP and keep getting demoted!!!! Thoughts?

Depends on how you define trolling.

The intention to lose games is not allowed in any game modes.

Report them. Trolling is punishable regardless of game mode.
