What counts as intentional feeding?

Ever since I started playing this game, this area was always very vague to me. What is considered intentional feeding? Going 0-17? or the play style of the player? For example, a zed that continuously flashes or W into enemy stuns and snares. Would that be considered intentional feeding? If anyone can clarify what intentional feeding exactly is so I can make a proper report at the end of the game.

"Intentional feeding" is rare. Usually its when a player gets fed up with something, they just start walking from base, and then into the enemy turret without trying to fight at all, then they respawn and do it again.

You have to watch their actions. If a top laner gets camped all game, and isn't bright enough to hide under their turret, goes 0/20/22, that is NOT intentionally feeding, they're just not good at the game. Don't report these people. You have to physically watch and see if someone walks straight at the enemy turret and does NOTHING to defend themselves or try to get a kill. Most of the time, that 0/17 player will be having an off day, and just be failing to pull of the "sick plays" in their head. Give people the benefit of the doubt.

I've very rarely seen people intentionally feed, that Zed is just not as skilled as he thinks he is.

Intentional feeding, as a category, is any action taken for the purpose of helping the opponents to win. The most visible action in that category is dying on purpose.

Intentionally dying without any plans of playing to win

Trying to die, and for no purpose other than to piss off your team

Yeah, alot of "intentional feeding" you see flamed in chat is just the person getting outplayed and the enemy team abusing a weak link. So less inting and more the enemy is better and your team is letting them pick at an open wound.

I had an example of this recently it was aram we had sion and he literally kept walking into turret even before minions spawned never talked to team or anything. He would at first not fight at all and just run past the enemy and walk strait into turret. I suggested that everyone should report him for feeding, but eventually we started taking turrets, and then I reiterated to all chat that It was a suggestion and that I cannot make the decision for them, to me it seemed like intentional feeding but someone on my team said "he must have tilted from ranked". Ultimately we lost the game no doubt because sion fed 20+ kills to the enemy who had a Yi... Smh. But to be honest at the end of the game I couldn't bring myself to report him. Because after we took first turret he would actually try to fight a little with the enemy, He still ran for turret every single time he spawned but sometimes he would try to land cc or get a kill... I think on some level he really "wanted to win." But still he fed the enemy and after Yi could buy a second time the game was over. I have mixed feelings about this interaction especially because Sion never said a word. It made me feel bad for suggesting to report someone who might have just had a really rough day and needed to cope in the weirdest way possible, that being said it could have been a bot. I have never played a game like that before but that's what happened.

I want to say that this is an example of intentional feeding, But even then I still had reservations about reporting the player.

a zed that continuously flashes or W into enemy stuns and snares.

I would consider that int after seeing him doing it 3 times in a row, 2 times if diamond+.

Some people try to mask their int by playing bad on purpose.
