Hey, so basically i'm a recovering toxic player ( lol ) i've been perma'd a fair few times before for toxicity but as of recently i have toned it down alot, but i have been perma'd 3 times this week for not a lot, mostly calling people trash, am i getting Ip banned? or are riot alot stricter nowadays?

Maybe this isn’t the game for you. Honestly if you were on an athletic do you think calling teammate trash is going to improve their play? It’s fine to banter but just being a jerk to teammates makes no sense if you’re trying to win. And if you just don’t care then play another game.
If those accounts were pre 30 then may have gotten escalated punishments.
IP bans are pointless, so no you're not
they can't ip ban you and if they do just call your service provider and get a new ip
