It wasn't an S-. and I already had 1 token on him previously. I think something bugged, can you look into it?

First I got an S-, not an S. Then the game didn't exist. Then I DID recieve the token. I know it's kind of their word vs mine.. But I've had that Braum token in my inventory for over a year. and I still have 1 singular braum token in my inventory. so the game last night did not award me a mastery 7 token.

Not much to be done here, just wanted to showcase another interesting chat log with customer service, as they've been really sketchy lately.

so she told you the date of the game where you got the token and you pretty much called her a liar...

ive said it before, I feel bad for Cammy

Not sure if naming customer service rep counts as name shaming or not.. I can't imagine it does.

I can see both sides of the argument here. If you're sure you had a token previously, but the logs say you DID recieve one, you don't have much room to stand on. I wouldn't doubt if the system did make a mistake. I don't get the downvotes on this though.. You're not babyraging, calling for a riot, or insulting anyone. It looks like you were just disagreeing with the decision made. whatever boards is weird.

I also got an S on Sona earlier this week and received a token as well but no chest. I thought it was odd and was a little bummed, but didn't care enough to open a ticket about it. Maybe it's an upcoming issue and they aren't aware of it? I've seen things manifest in unusual ways, and sometimes it's not always as it seems at first glance. Might be worthwhile to see if there are any other player reports of this on the forums. You could reopen the ticket and say that you'd like it reviewed again by an escalated level of support as it does look like this could be a possible up and coming unidentified issue (if you find any other reports of this other than myself lol, 2 people out of all of their player pool doesn't seem too concerning). Worst case, they tell you the same thing and you accept that and move on. The key is not to go in entitled. Just explain that you were given a lot of misinformation at first and it's nothing against the previous rep but can we take another look just to be sure? Maybe a fresh set of eyes will see the underlying issue. If the logs show it was received then they go by the logs and that's the way the cookie crumbles, but sometimes there are smaller details that might have gone unnoticed (especially if they were already feeling flustered after looking at the wrong logs AND providing additional misinformation just before).
