Randomly perma-banned??

So I was permabanned today, apparently for using third-party software when I definitely have not been using any type of third party software... Is there any way I can get this reviewed? I know the system must have done it for some reason, is there any way to see what exactly tripped the wire? It doesn't make very much sense and it sucks because there's a lot of time spent on that account just for it to be falsely permabanned.

Support ticket. Sometimes they make mistakes. We cant help you beyond telling you to ask support.

it should be pointed out that third party doen't just mean third party. if you bought the account from somewhere or let someone else play on it at any point, that counts too
