Hi , my dumbass managed to get yet another account perma-banned beacuse of toxicity .

I do realize i am a player with a short fuse and can get mad alot . I do realize that I have an issue. I wanted to improve beacuse it really affects my mental state and my gameplay. I will get mad , flame the shit out of the players for their mistakes/or mine dumb actions , log off then stay tilted and mad or upset and would chanel that into some real life scenarios . Don't get me wrong , I do not want to get unbanned on this account , I was toxic I can say and I deserve the proper punishment. I'm not delusional nor that guy that says "but I did nothing wrong" or "they flamed me I backfired on them". But firstly , I wanna know some things.

Why are we not allowed to see if someone got banned? (As in if I report someone , and he get's banned, sometimes but not always I will get the thingy that says he got punished.That way I can feel like my reports did something , as they did on someone else when they reported me . )

Why do agressive chat behaviour get more attention then people that int and grief ? I say this from experience , I know alot of time when I did dumb stuff like running it down mid and simillar things , I would not get bans or restrictions after 20+ games.But when I say somethng toxic ( I do say alot of shit when I lose my temper) , I probably get noticed and punished in about 2-3 games .

Anyways , I am not here to start a feud with Riot or their report system .I am simply asking some question that I want to know and I want to improve my additude in chat when I'm playing a game . I would post the chat that I got banned for recently , since it's gonna probably be an essay long text ( it already probably is ) and very few people will take the time to read everything I said .

Keep in mind that I'm such a dickhead when I'm mad but that's not excuse for my actions . I want to know what can I do to improve other then /mute all , since chat can be very helpfull in some scenarios . Thanks to anyone that took the time to read all of this .

Because inting oe griefing is annoying but at least you aren't attacking the other players.

If you've gotten multiple accounts banned, I'd suggest turning off all chat and muting anyone that starts to flame or talk shit. The rest is on you.

  1. Because the attitude of feeling a need to know someone got punished is a toxic, combative attitude in and of itself.

  2. First of all, it's not "focused on more", it's simply harder to automatically detect inting and griefing, and even when humans are involved, it's hard to prove intent beyond a reasonable doubt before issuing punishment - hence part of the reason why odd strategies such as singed or nunu got punished when they weren't actually inting or griefing. That being said, inting and griefing causes only one thing. A lost game. A lost game is something people go into League games knowing is a possibility. Sure, it's annoying that the game was lost because someone trolled, but the end result is no different than a game lost due to your team being outplayed. On the other hand, people expect every League game to be fun. And it's not fun to watch teammates tearing each other apart or being assholes to each other. People can handle a loss - in fact at your perfect skill matchmaking rating you'll lose 50% of your games. But nobody should have to deal with toxicity ever - that's not a part of the game at all.

Step 1: Release your illusion of control. You cannot make players do what you want, you can only suggest what they should do.

Step 2: Before pressing enter always ask yourself "is it worth it."

Step 3: Mature your emotional state of being such that you don't feel the need to react. Its just a video game.

I suggest your anger issues are a part of your personality. Personality must be worked on outside of video games. What has helped me the most personally is meditation. I'm not perfect, but there is a clear change. I used to throw controllers, shout, hit things, etc. Now, I never throw or hit things. I rarely shout. I am overall more calm.
