Sooo is this bannable or no?

Try to say this as short as I can.

Had a losing game going on pretty early, around lvl 5-6. Had to gank mid and bot a lot since bot was losing, (When do they never lose...) and mid was afk for 4 mins, which for some reason, it never allowed us to remake. Odd bug. So I had to sit mid for a bit.

I had a nasus top against teemo, constantly crying he needs a gank, I make my way top to shut his yap. Out of 900 hp he had 699 right as he withered teemo. Ive looked at the replay, 699 health is exactly what he had. I proceed to walk through the wall(kayn) and begin "ganking". I bring teemo down to 1hp where he outplays me by walking into the bush so I couldnt get the last auto. Well done teemo gj. Now where was nasus during all of this? Pressing Q on creeps....

So obviously Im a bit annoyed by this, anyone would be, he wants a gank, then doesnt participate in it. So I start flaming him a bit, nothing toxic, just asking wtf he was doing. To his response, "I had 300 hp and teemo dot on me, what do you want me to do?".....

I have the replay, physical evidence of him having 699 hp right as he withered, he legit only needed to sneeze on teemo and either one of us would have got him. Now since my team doesnt know anything of what happened, and nobody trusts the flaming jungler, I am now being accused of being toxic and should be reported... tf is wrong with you people and this game? People just outright lie because they made a bad play and cant admit it, then tell everyone to report me. Getting too old for this shit.

Making a bad play - Not against the rules.

Making a bad play intentionally to cause your team to lose - against the rules but hard to prove.

Telling people to report others - against the rules depending on the frequency. I personally believe it should be against the rules in general because it's easy to lie about what your team did and just use it in all chat to falsely accuse someone.

Insulting other players for any reason - against the rules.

Flaming other players is punishable, yes. The system targets both **consistency ** and severity. Depending on those two variables, an appropriate punishment is issued.

Just playing to win and flaming no one is 99.9% you'll be fine no matter how many people report you. the .1% exists though, that just requires a trip to the ol Riot Support.

Lmao thats like my lux support the other day. She tries to flash q e deep on their support while their trist is in her face autoing... their sup is way too deep for me to get to, hence my lux flashing for the kill. So i focus the full health tristana thats pounding on lux. Got trist down to like a quarter health before lux died and they inevitably finish me off 2v1. Then lux asks IF IM OKAY and says i just farmed the entire time. What a blatant fucking lie. So annoying.

But heres the thing with the chat system... i knew better than to sit and argue with some random moron mid game. That is against the rules. You gotta keep it short, so I just said "you flash in, completely ignore their DAMAGE DEALER, focusing their support who is under THEIR tower, at LEVEL 2, and ASK IF IM OKAY??" lol. She writes about five lines of how im wrong and ends with "you just farmed the whole time".

Now, being the wise man I am, this is turning into an arguement, so I just make sure she knows i disagree with her version with a simple "no." And didnt say a word about it after. I didn't insult her, i didnt hold a debate over what happened. Just gave my version, and a simple no. Thats the key to Riots rules. You can state your case, you can express displeasure, but you can never make personal attacks towards any players, or hold some sort of ongoing debate about past events.

So if you did insult someone, yes its bannable. Never insult anyone. They dont care, youre not gonna change them, and youre putting your own account at risk by doing so. Gotta wise up and play Rito's stupid ass word police, PC game. At least figuring it out is pretty damn simple.

And I supposeit might benefit you to know that one report in a game, has the same effect as 9. So it really doesnt matter how many reported you. Dont pay attention to that kinda weak mob mentality shit.
