well I did afked for 3 mins planting shroom in fountain but I thought afk only got a leave buster not an account ban. You can see in match history my last death is at 18m and the game ended at 22m. Did I got banned because I was playing teemo and did not get any assist? Or does the system simply believe I was inting because I picked teemo?

The Leaverbuster system issues low-priority queues as a punishment because it's difficult to determine intent when somebody leaves a game. In your case, intent is clear if you blatantly sat in fountain while spamming shrooms and whatever. Your aim was to hurt your team's ability to win the game, which is the same goal as an intentional feeder. Why shouldn't you be banned for such behavior?
You stopped helping your team. That is punishable.

You'll have to submit a Support Ticket to get information about the ban. If you did intentionally int a single death or were saying you were inting (even if your deaths aren't actually intentional) then you may get banned, since no amount of intentionally inting is ok.
also, you went 0-4, whereas while kayn died 5 times he still got 3 kills, which is fine. the 1-7 is bad but at least he didn't throw shrooms and dick around. You are the most punishable out of all of them.

You answered your own question lol. Sitting in fountain throwing shrooms and dicking around is definitely reportable, also you may have had the least deaths on your team but so what? You decided to troll as teemo and you also still fed. If I'm being honest you deserved worse, you're lucky to be playing this game still after that.
When you were in the fountain planting shrooms did you hear the sound "douche" while you were sitting there?

I never said what I did was correct, but I thought 14 days ban are only for int feeders in my case I am clearly not. I have been sitting in fountains a lot but usually I only got leavebusters (LV5 honor BTW I carry a lot :) Also for those who think not helping your team winning is banable, how come player who FFed not getting banned? Is surrendering helping you team to win as well?
