New Rewards System for Good Behavior

I'm not sure if it had been suggested before or not but it's not a complex idea. Why not give bonus IP for players who consistently get kudos at the end of a match. Like a payout based on the amount of friendly, teamwork, or helpful up-votes at the end of a week. They cannot be on your friends list though, that would just be stupid and broken. And even if people wanted to break the system and just up-vote everyone there is no guarantee they would get the up-vote in return. Nor do I imagine people using it on players they didn't enjoy actually playing with in game. I sure know I don't use it lightly with a team that didn't perform well because of trolls, mistakes in game, and unfriendly people. I think it might initiate a Pavlovian type of reward for good behavior and even though that sounds bad, something needs to happen with this toxic community.
