why is it that kindred and yi that turned out to be the main offenders in the game who just wanted to give up and int get away with this and i get punished isntead

i know i may have talked alot but why is this guy summoner name Gros Bead not geting punished for literaly being afk whole game taht has 800 games played and no longer has any intention to climb.was i the one who ofended soemone here?im the one whos getting ravaged.

dear riot.pls reconsider this punishment and if posible unban me from 14 day suspension i rly love this game.playing league its somthing i enjoy doing on spare time.i promise i wont write anything in game after this if writing is considered offensive.this acc means alot to me iv been gathering skins for almost 6 years and if i were to loose it this would really make me feel very heartbroken ,cause this has very sepcial place in my heart. best regards Lord Kurcik IX
