Are these players even getting punished?

I Just ended a game of ARURF and I had a teammate who was super toxic,so:

I Played a game of ARURF and ended up as 1/12 with Garen (I know that's sad, but it's URF either you win or lose it no comebacks most of the time, and you're supposed to have FUN unlike he did), so the whole game there was an Aurelion Sol flaming our team badly, praising trynda (Well kinda fair and all since he was 22/5),he fed mid which led to us(BOT) getting ganked a lot or the mid laner even staying here in my lane for some time, caitlyn got fed and all of a sudden we all got flamed and verbally harassed out of nowhere, since we knew that this guy was looking for attention we didn't talk in chat we pretended that we muted him, Aurelion didn't stop, he started complaining how bad we were in all chat and kept on flaming us in team chat, threatened to report for afk, inting and toxicity(keep in mind we didn't say anything until then so there was no reason to report us),then we broke (Me and my friend), we started asking for what reasons? we couldn't have a break from him (I know we should've just muted him but our minds just couldn't handle not knowing what's next), we said that they should report aurelion for the hate speech, and that there shouldn't be anyone playing the game if they can't enjoy it and have fun. He started ranting about how he will report me and my friend for some non-reasonable things and called us r%%%%%s, handicaps (No offense to those people who are handic%%%%% and all sorts of things, do these players actually get banned, yeah I reported him and all but I'm just worried do these scumbags get punished?

How do you go 1/12 as garen in urf? Literally the most op in that mode

More players needs to report him before he will get punished. A few months ago i had the most toxic players ever so i personally submitted a ticket about them so i could label everything they did. I was hoping with my ticket they would for sure get punished but i checked back the next day on op.gg and they were both still playing the game.

I just have to say thet i think thet League of Legends is not doing a single thing od baneing players for the verbal abuse, i came a cross multible players thet have cursed my mother and after the match i report the right and they are not getting bans at all this is not ok, and the latest player thet used this kind of langueg was DoKu1923 and i have reported him corretlly they evan use other langueges but in some of them you can under stand the word MOTHER, League of Legends, BAN this player DoKu1923 take away his account, because i know thet im not the only one thet hade a verbal abuse problem with him and he ruend the game for me
