Afk suggestion

I am writing as someone who has played many thousands of games and I only have a handful of afks, all due to internet/computer issues. I understand leaverbuster is doing a great job, but I think this is something Riot could look at doing maybe just for the lower ranks of ranked ques: grouping people who have a higher percentage of leaves or report for afk together.

This would have a minor impact on queue times for people who play the game correctly. Obviously people with a high leave rate will have a much longer queue time, but if you look at the amount of time they waste for them and their teammates it's a very small portion of that. 1 game wastes 180(9x20) minutes of other peoples time at minimum. I know it's not that simple, but just a small suggestion because afking is the most game ruining issue in my opinion.
