I GOT 14 DAY SUSPENDED ACCOUNT FOR?? RIOT do you even check the reports or just let the bots do it?

i got 14 days acc suspended because of nothing i didnt threw a swear this time. I see that RIOT dont give any support and help to players they just let their bots do the work and in some cases bots do wrong as in mine. RIOT please solve the problem with bots AND MATCHMAKING (A LOT OF PLAYERS WHO INT OR FEED DONT GET BANNED OR SMT /THEY MAKE YOU RAGE WITH MESSAGES LIKE ,,yes yes you feed kido,, )AND THE FAULT IS OURS?

They don’t ban players for no reason; typically they state the reason you were banned when you log into the client.

So what does that message say?
