Single Game-Report Permaban?

Honestly I'm more confused here than anything. Previously when I got punished it would cite multiple games when I was being an ass. In this particular case I got permabanned for one game. Didn't use any slurs or directly insult anyone. Mostly just trying to get my team to actually work togeather instead of spending the entire game flamming one another.

The the fucky bit here, is that Vi was bragging about how the last three people they reported got banned. Additionally, I got instantly banned the moment I left the game, so I'm pretty sure no human actually reviewed this. Furthermore when I relogged I got a single message saying that a peroson I reported was banned (I reported both the Vi and Pyke). I suspect that the person who also got banned is the Pyke and Vi is either benefit from some sort of bug or exploit that's causing their reports to auto-ban people.

Frankly I'm not mad, and don't care too much if I get unbanned. Honestly, my life will probably be better off if I never waste an hour on this game again. This honestly just seemed suspicious so I figure I'd post this here if it's useful reference in the future.

It's not suspicious, just the standard confusion that people don't understand how the system works.

Reports are like punch cards at coffee shops. Nothing happens until you get that last punch in the card. So even though this is showcasing only one game, you didn't just get banned for one game. You got punished for being reported over a series of games. But then, just getting reported doesn't get you in trouble. If the reports are falsified, the system discards them. So since you are punished, this means that the reports filed against you proved to be true, and consistently so to have landed you a permanent ban.
