You don't get banned for destroying games. You get banned for asking your allies not to destroy your game.

You only get banned for saying the n-word or being homophobic. Trolling is acceptable 100% (Tobias Fate proves this)
i guess ritos system doesnt punish people that admit they troll or int or whatever because many mad kids say that while not doing it. the amount of ppl i saw saying "im afk" while not even leaving their keyboard for a second is insane.

Even if he did intentionally feed one game and openly admitted to doing so purely for the sake of griefing, that's not worthy of a permanent ban... It's worthy of his MMR being damaged by the loss. If he keeps intentionally feeding, it's worth a warning. If he continues after a warning, then it's worth escalating the punishment. You're taking this far too seriously. Your display name is a little bit ironic for someone who gets so worked up over a teammate feeding...

I really don't understand that either. People who feed don't get banned at all. A friend of mine even tested it, he went down midlane game after game in ranked. No ban. The same person has over 6 permabans because of "fllame". He is kinda toxic, but he never flames without reason. He mainly flames people who feed (like the 0/15 guy you mention). So he wanted to test, if people who feed are even banned. They are not! I think riot is the main reason for toxicity with their ban policy. If they would make sure a 0/15 guy would be instantly banned from ranked, there would be much less flame.
