Game is Toxic: Ban More Players
Riot needs to increase the threshold at which they ban players. The game is so toxic and you get inters and AFK'ers seems like every other game.

Or you can make more friends and queue with them.
They won't ban unless the hand is forced or you do something that could create an issue for them if left alone. Also riot wont increase ban rates because the game is bleeding players and will continue to bleed players if they keep this chain of shitty gameplay changes going COUGH New Rune System COUGH.
