Can you guys unban my account I miss player league I don't even care about type if yall do yall can ban me from chatting perm I just miss playing league I haven't played in 5+ months

You cant whine your way out of just punishments in the real world. Incidentally your name makes me think you are a bad troll.
Riot doesn't care about "reforming" players. That's a buzzword they have used for years. They don't want you to be better, they just want you gone. They'll gladly take all the money you spent on your account as well. It's a disgusting scam they have running to take people's money and give them literally nothing in return.
They use the word "toxicity" to get players to get their "good" players to kick people off their game without so much as a "Thanks for the money, dumbass."

Zombiemaster9/17/2017, 9:16:31 PMRiot does not undo any permanent account bans unless they were issued in error. If you are reformed, you can make a new account and play on that, but your old account will not be unbanned.
Also, Riot has already tried something similar to permanent chat restrictions in the past with infinitely stacking chat restrictions, with many players reaching hundreds and even thousands of chat restricted games. They found that the majority of players that reached that point simply resorted to other forms of toxicity, like trolling/intentionally feeding, that can be harder to detect. I'm not saying that you personally would do this, but based on past data, Riot has found that permanent chat restrictions simply don't work very well.
