What does it take for the instant feedback system to detect an intentional feeder??

0/18 with nothing but zeals and another game with the same build late into the game. And the previous game was a few days ago which means he hasn't been caught. What the hell kind of kda does it take for the system to catch that kind of behavior? 0/40?

Sometimes, I zeal like the system is too forgiving to intentionally feeding scum. I'll wait for my upvote now.

Don't know. Played with a few people who have stated that they have several banned accounts while flaming yet I have received no notice which means my report wasn't the final kicker.

No one knows the answer. If anyone knew the answer trolls would skirt under the detection limit. Right now all we know is they have trouble detecting it most of the time, but sometimes they are banned after only 1 game. Sometimes they go hundreds (like 500+ in come cases) undetected.

From my experience I can tell you a player can be banned for intentionally feeding in these cases:

  1. If you have a recording of the act and sent it to Riot support via a ticket, the punishment will be swift and guaranteed in this case.
  2. If it's a very obvious case of inting. For instance, ghost/cleanse/Stormraider's Surges setup, 0-30-0 KDA, mobi boots rush, almost no CS at all. Punishment might not be instant but most likely guaranteed.
  3. If the feeder doesn't practice the act explicitly but does it on a regular basis and does get reported constantly. So yes, even if he didn't get banned yet, even if you didn't get the feedback message at all, he will eventually get punished unless he stops.
