Hi guys. Explain me smth. Why riot never help. I mean, when u report someone for negative and verbal, I mean, if u will see what they wrote in the whole game or at the end of the game in the main chat, u wish to beat them harder than life did. I swear to god.. such toxic players riot let them play bcs they are donating from parents's pocket. Ik they are undeaged, they bought the account, they got boosted or they have simply problems with their minds but explain me smth. Why riot just watch to toxic players and never do smth. Just tell me why.

If you take a gander at the PB subboard here, you will clearly see that people do get punished for verbal offenses. Somebody else may have gotten the punishment notification though.

Yes but the problem is, my last notification was around 1 month ago. I mean, I reported so many "players" and yet, nothing happened. I hate these kind of players bcs I want to play normally and when I see them, I trully must calm down immediately. My head blows of bcs of these specimens. So, why I didn't get a notification for 4 weeks. They are still punished even if I didn't get the notification?
