Why some people never vote yes in the surrender vote, it is just stupid to continue playing where you are behind like 50K Gold, What's gonna change If you stall for 10-15 more minutes, what these people gain? Nothing, Just wasting time, time that they can just go another but instead they prefer to continue feeding their assses off...
Before attacking me and telling me how you were behind and won game, I'm not talking about close games, there are times where you clearly cannot win and you do not want to acknowledge that, even If you stall it to 45th minute by that time you probably will have only Nexus while enemy turrets would probably be taken only 2-3 what's the point ? Answer there is no point in doing so yet people do this and trap others in their games, sorry but It's clear as day when the adc is 2/14 with 2 cs per 4 minutes and support lux that bought the support item but doesn't know that It can ward...
Yes you can't win every game, might be because of skill difference, one comp is better than the other, or you're just off your game for that one. There are many different reasons and not everything is winnable, but do you know what? Surrendering is just putting the nail in that coffin. Even if you might have won later on, you throw away any chance at it by surrendering it.
You would be surprised by how often people can come back to win a game where you lose everything while the enemy still has a lot of turrets up. People throw games in any elo, some comps have bad early game yet can accel later on thanks to their late game prowess while the enemy team was only good for early-mid games. What I have always hated was when we are doing decently well, behind and having a hard time with fights, but people easily giving up which ruins any chance we might have had and FFs.
There are many advantages of fighting out a game 1) it gives you practice for fighting a game where you are hard pressed. If you just give up and try to surrender every single game you don't think you can win then why play at all? The whole point of this kind of game is competitiveness and struggling as much as you can. To enjoy that process. Have you ever fought what you thought to be a lost cause game where you team is feeding, your inhib towers all gone and the enemy with all their tier one towers up? Have you ever struggled until the 60+ minute mark constantly defending and finally finishing your build, slowly winning more team fights and taking out their tower one at a time until eventually you win the game? That kind of feeling is better than just simply steam rolling a game.
2) You never know what will happen until the end 3) You learn from these kind of games on what you could improve and what could be done next time. Maybe you are on the back foot in lane with the same champion, but you get to know how to deal with that situation thanks to your other experiences.
All impatient think the same (this is just a waste of my time, what is the point when I can just play another?). Even if you go into another game, you're going into that game with a terrible mind set and most definitely tilted to a certain extent.
