Got a chat ban from ONE GAME with an INTING YASUO who also GOT BANNED IN THE PROCESS. I dont see how I really deserved a chat restriction and for only one game...

10- or 25-game? If 25, how recent was your 10-game?

For the record, flaming a troll is literally giving the troll what he wants. Just ignore them if you want to punish them for their trolling.

You weren't punished for one game alone, the system punishes based on consistency x severity. The reform card shows you 1-5 recent games as examples of unacceptable behavior, if the previous games you've been reported for is out of the "recent" range, it won't be in your reform card.

Before you waste time typing, ask yourself this very important question: "Do I flame this yasuo and risk getting my account banned or do I just play the game and mute the kid?"... Personally, I would rather keep the account I spent money on rather than getting punished for arguing with some stranger over a video game. Also was this a ranked game or a normie game? Next, I can understand your frustration. I was pretty high ranked for my average skill, but I did get players like your yasuo who were actually just straight dogshi... and ended up dropping 3 divisions. Just don't dwell on it too much. Move on and just take break
