banned for 3rd party programs?

Hi, does anyone know the process to correct being wrongfully banned for 3rd party programs? I received an email from Riot that I have been banned for using 3rd party software, but I have nothing on my Macbook other than graphic design software I use for school.

I was thinking I was flagged by their system because I switch between the school Windows and my personal Macbook sometimes or play at my friend's nicer computer at his house.

I usually just play ARAM or TFT and I checked Op.gg and there wasn't anything weird unknown games on there. I'm afraid I'm not gonna get this account back and I just made it to gold on TFT!

I sent a ticket, but Riot's email and their support ticket seems really serious and I don't want to level up another account :/ Is there a way I can prove I didn't have anything malicious on my computer?

They wont be willing to help because, assuming you did use something, any information can be used to do so again without getting caught.

Important question to ask;

Was the account always yours/did you buy the account?

Other than that; if you know you did nothing, then youd have to look into privacy laws to see what you can formally, legally request. There are EU laws where they MUST give over all data they have on you, including ban reasoning and information on what was detected. But thats a lengthy legal process (person who was wrongfully terminated in GW2 took 6 months to get the information necessary, and even then you need to know how to read what it shows as and what it is)

If there is a suspect program on the school computer or your friend's computer, that could have triggered it.

Hi , i got the same problem submit a ticket get automtic answer telling me nothing can be done my account hertzlo was ban for the same reason as you , how do you get in contact with "MarledFox" to talk about it

I don't know what else to do but seek help here on the forum
