RIOT BANNED MY ACCOUNT FOR ABSOLUTELY NO REASON!!!!

A week ago, I was just chilling, playing league as always, after I finished a game, a client message came out of nowhere saying ''this account is suspended'', when I logged off tried to relog again, the client said ''This account is permanently suspended'', I checked my email, they said my account is suspended because of ''irregular activity'', wut? like wut? what does that mean? what kind of they mean? I contacted Riot Support and they said I have to answer some questions to verfy if I'm the original owner of the account or not which is me btw, and I answered thier questions, they sent me some really weird questions like , 5 first champions ever bought, or Paypal Email used, ... ,and I honestly had no idea what's the answer to all of those because I've been playing for 3 years since the start of season 4, how could I honestly remember those infos? They told me that the answers I gave them are not enough to prove to them that I am the original owner of the account, like what the hell? how am I suppose to prove that if you keep denying me everytime, they sent me 2 messages on 2 different emails and still they gave me the same questions, using the same exact words and the same lines, the expressions. First , was I talking to an actuall human being? or was it just a programmed bot? I don't understand what am I suppose to do now, I recently moved down from my place to live in a friend's place, and I did some changes to my account before I got suspended, like changing my email associated with the league account, and my password, and some of my friendlists, but that's all , that's honestly all , but I did not do anything, I did not share my account with anyone, I did not use any scripts, cheats, hacks, I did not flame anyone in chat, I was just playing a normal game of League of Legends, and then suddenly, out of nowhere, Riot comes and tells me ''No , you won't get to play league of legends today, or any other day''... seriously? what is this? I had tons of skins, and champs , and I didn't play league for almost a week now because of this?

I'm going to tell you this from Riot's perspective. If I were to look at your recent account activity I would see:

  • You started playing at a different location
  • You changed your email
  • You changed your password
  • You changed your friend list

I'm going to lock an account that looks like that 100% of the time. I would have good reason to believe that the account is stolen and would want to lock it until I can verify the owner. Since you couldn't answer their questions to their satisfaction, they decided that you were not the original owner and kept it locked.

Honestly sounds like a bought account. How do you not know the PayPal email? Who changes their PayPal once its setup but maybe once lol that's where I would get you. The champ thing is whatever but not knowing banking information is weird

It sounds like you're being accused of account sharing. The changing a lot of things on your account seems suspicious given your recent move. Keep working with support, and I'm sure you'll get your account.

I think you're interpretation is too literal. Read between the lines. They are trying to verify that you are the actual owner of the account which is why they are asking those specific questions. It makes a lot of sense. Riot collects a lot of data so they can use your answers to verify.

Now I can't remember the first 5 champions I bought but if it were me I would fashion an answer something like the following:-

I can't remember the first 5 champions I bought. But I can give you other information only the true owner would know. When mastery 7 was first release I achieved it on the following champs in this order. Azir, then Kayle, followed by Quinn, Shyvana and finally Leona. My most played champion in the first year ever playing this game was Akali. The first skin I got from Hextech was Commando Lux.

The idea in the above is give information that shows there are things I know about the account that no one else can possibly know. and Riot with all their data can confirm this. So while you may not know the first 5 champs you bought, you surely know things only the person who really owns the account can know.
