Banned due to the use of malicious 3rd party programs or modifications

Im really mad riot games, I mean I apologize for any rudeness that might come out of me but is this what I get for Working with your support team and buying your riot point cards? That "YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN PERMANENTLY BANNED" came down to me as a chock! Violating terms of use? I have no other programs on my computer that Opera Google Chrome and CCleaner.. and these are not "malicious 3rd party programs" i have put a lot of effort on my best videogame over the last years and spend a lot of money on it and then my acc goes away for no reason? i don't think im going to start over this game if i don't take my account back i'm done here, lost all my money and the past 2 years.. i might even quit watching Lcs, i mean, we watch it to learn how to improve our playstyle and teamplay.. if i no longer have my account why would I even need that.. I just hope it's a mechanical error because I know many other people in different forums who got this permanent ban and i really hope i can get my account back as soon as possible
