So today a over $850 account was perma ban for my first few offences in months. It’s rather insane, not that i wasn't deserving of a penalty but something like this for having a bad week, is brutal. How is it that i can get a perma ban with no prior warning. Now my behavior within maybe the past week was 100% not acceptable but to have a perma ban without no warning is insane i think that maybe a month's ban would have been harsh enough, especially because i have never had a ban before on that account in the 3 some years that i've had it. This may possibly be a glitch in the ageratum for bans and chat restrictions so my only hope now as a player that truly loves the game for what it is, is for a member of riot to look at my ban and deal out a more just punishment, or for my fellow members of the community to help me with the ban, or if a riot member could come in contact with me and have a proper conversation about my actions and giving a proper punishment for my actions. is this really how riot wants to represent itself as a company by blindly giving out punishment without consoling morally if it’s the right thing to do. I do believe that if riot took the time to look at my chat logs they would see that i'm not toxic and just an average member of the community. If this ban is not changed i cannot see myself ever playing league again my name is Liam Hurl-Loat and i would gladly talk to anyone that wants to make a comment on my situation.

This isn't theft. You payed for access to their content conditional on your following their terms of service (which you agree to when installing the game and after every patch), then violated said terms.

A better comparison would be having your membership revoked for a club/gym/team for violating the membership agreement.

or my actions is this really how riot wants to represent its self as a company that takes away the freedom of speech from its player in blindly giving out punishment without consoling morally if its the right thing to do

Everything above is what I would see as a reportable offence in each game, general harrassment/hatespeech/degrading team/toxicity in general

Again this is my opinion based off what you have given.

Jokes and sarcasm are not translated well, it appears you triggered the automated word bans, I'd open a support ticket and see where it gets you

If you feel the punishment was unfair, open a support ticket. to address a few of your points Riot did not steal from you, so its not theft Perma bans can come from extreme cases of toxicity, without really any warning. So that could be the case

Homophobic slurs are a sure fire way to skip punishment tiers for a straight permaban. PS it's not theft if you break the rules you agree to every patch.

thank you for the advice i have made a few changes to make this better as for afking ive never done that all it was was toxicity i never stopped giving 100% in my games accept for a single normal where i inted so i could end and play with my friend that was annoyed with me other then that i always gave my 100% they only gave two examples of games that i was toxic in the one where i inted but i was just trying to end as fast as possible so i tilted them to get the game over and the other i was just being sarcastic i made that clear in the chat before the game so i really don't understand how two offences can result in a punishment so big

Gotta wait for thier email, if they punish you for an email should be sent to clarify.

not all the time it's toxicity, there is cases for boosting and charge backs can lead to perma ban.

If you don't receive an email after 24hr of being banned, send a support ticket, or just send a support ticket now to ask for clarification.

Your choice in the end. I'm sure someone stated this prior, that without chat logs you can only appear as a guilty party deserving of a ban. Outside of us knowing you were punished and you believe that to be unfair, everyone has to make an uninformed opinion on your matter. The more you provide us the more we in turn provide you, in terms of feedback. But again, if you feel the punishment was unfair for your years of gaming. Please open a support ticket
