UNFAIR PERMA BAN????

In the game I just finished playing, 3 people on my team wanted sylas and I had first pick, so I got him. from 2 minutes into the game 3/4 teammates are blatantly Flaming and harassing me, calling me a bumbass for the ults im stealing, and straight up HARASSING me THE ENTITE game. even the jax on the other team told them to lay off me because they were flaming me in /all caht. THE OTHER TEAM WAS TELLING THEM TO STOP FLAMING ME. and the second violation it brought up against me, literally has NO offensive language or ANYTING OF THE SORT. I've been suspended once before and I've been taking it very seriously on controlling my online behavior. that's why I have NO IDEA AT ALL how the first report even applied. and if you look at the most recent one's chat logs in the game, you will see MY ENTITE TEAM calling me names, negative attitude, that I suck, should have let me pick sylas yu scrub. you suck.

ENTIRE GAME, my teammates are FLAMING me in all chat. even Jax (on the opposite team) told them to chill out on me, after the game is finished I go to play another and it says Riot has perma banned me.... I've spent between $2500-$3000 dollars on this game and I DIDNT EVEN SAY ANYTHING THAT BAD. I've tried putting in SEVERAL help tickets and the only reply I get is from BLITZCRANKBOT. Please can I get some community feedback as well as have a moderator check into this???

Edit: 1.) this was the 2nd warning, not the first. Apologies. 2.) As I stated above the comments, Everyone on my team wanted Sylas, however I had first pick and got it, which already triggered them 2.) If you look at my first comments, you can OBVIOUSLY tell that Jax ganked me in the river and Draven (Mid so Im assuming on of the people that wanted Sylas) starts flaming me for dying and missing a skill shot. 4.) Instead of straight up flaming or being disrespectful I simply tell them to stfu several times. however, it's hard to keep your cool while being flamed by a teammate and blaming it on you "because you're jungle and if I get ganked, it's your fault" 4.) you can see that Lux starts flaming me as well, I'm assuming we just lost a teamfight, so gotta blame it on somebody. Meanwhile, as you will see below, she ends the game 0/4/3 (probably one of the other of the 3 people that wanted Sylas but didn't get him, therefore mad at me as well.) 5.) You can see they start flaming me for not stealing Quinn's fight, im assuming after we lost a teamfight…. which what is Quinn's ult gonna do for a teamfight??? wouldn't even have the time to activate it facepalm 6.) My last comment says both Draven and Lux are flaming/blaming me for losing the game. My Teammates scores that game: Sylas (Me) 5/8/2) olaf 6/5/1 lux 0/3/4 Miss Fortune 2/8/3 Draven 3/8/1

Yet the Draven mid and lux flamed me in all chat, to the point where even the Jax on the other team was telling them to chill out on flaming me.... THE OPPOSITE TEAM. however, because I had the previous warning I'm permanently banned because 2 trolls who got upset I picked the champion they wanted constantly flamed me the entire game and reported me afterwards and I already had a flag. yet was provoked the entire game and honestly did not say anything that bad. Game is rated T for teen and the only slur I actually typed out was "ass".

Can an actual riot employee pull up the entire chat log and look at the context of harassment and flaming directed towards me the entire game rather than just how I responded?? I am 1,000% positive it would shed A LOT of light om this and even show I rather kept my cool dealing with these 2 blatant flaming trolls.

REMINDER THEY WERE FLAMING ME IN ALL CHAT SO HARD THE OTHER TEAM TOLD THEM TO STOP (MEANWHILE LOOK BACK UP AT MY TEAMMATES SCORES)

  1. You were extremely toxic the entire game, you're the type of player everyone hates to see in their games.
  2. It doesn't matter what anyone else does or says, you were toxic and no one is responsible for your actions but you.
  3. Riot doesn't care how much money you spent on the game. If they don't think you should be playing then they don't think you should be playing and that's that.
  4. Riot doesn't go back on permabans unless it's a flaw in the algorithm or something of the sort, and this is most certainly not a flaw.

If you can't control your temper you can't play the game without a ban. Plain and simple.

the chat you listed is just a SAMPLE of what caused your perma ban

you were told after your 14 day suspension that ANY NEGATIVE BEHAVIOR would result in your permanent ban

you then typed this:

almost every line of your log was negative and insulting to someone on your team, this ban was placed correctly

You continually flamed your teammates for their scores, were continually arguing and flaming them, and generally have way less than 5% of your chat that’s actually useful and appropriate.

Further, as others have pointed out, this was not the only game in your punishment card.

If this is anywhere near your “best behavior” (which you claim you were trying to be on after your prior punishment), it’s nowhere near good enough. I question whether you were truly trying to be on your best behavior in this game.

Ya dude, this was toxic. If I've learned anything, if you type more than 5 things in a game, you're being toxic, especially if it isnt strategy.

If you are to continue playing this game, you need to mute negative people. Mute them at the very first sign of negativity. Mute will completely block so much negativity that you will feel better.

Don't allow people to insult you. Mute it as fast as you can.

After getting previous punishments, you are essentially on ''thin ice'' after every punishment. After 14-day ban, you really should drop all the negative act as even minor toxicity, like here, can result in a permaban. And money spent doesn't also give you any special rights.

You have to understand it's not about the fairness of the system. The system is in place and we are judged by it's standards. And according to the rules this was a justified perma since A)you were already warned on your previous suspension B) you exhibited negative behaviour

Your chat logs are not examined in context, but at face value, and at face value what you typed was negative (I don't think you are under the impression any lines in this game were either "strategic calls" or "positive reinforcing of your team")
