I played very well in the game and I even got the honor from my other teammates , but that toxic Blitzcrank said I am trash after i got a triple kill, May i appeal for cancel that punishment or if you won't do that i must have that toxic Blitzcrank got permanently banned as well.
Playing well in the game, how much honor you got from other teammates, nor how poorly another person acted in your game change the responsibility you have over your own behavior.
Punishments tend to follow a ladder system so for you to get a perma-ban it's likely that you've previously received a 14 day ban in the past (or you said things that beyond cross the line for a standard punishment escalation). If not then it's something to contact support about since it might be a mistake that you were assigned a perma-ban instead of one of the lesser punishments.
If you reported the Blitzcrank they will be judged based on their behavior and punishment history just as you were judged on your behavior and punishment history. You don't get to demand someone else get permabanned just because you were.
