Banned?

I'm really trying to understand why my account was banned for the use of "third party programs". I never use any such programs and I don't eve play ranked or norms. When I do login onto League it's only for tft or ARAM. This wouldn't be an issue for me as I no longer play this game as much, but I have invested a lot of capital and time into this account and it has taken me through some dark times in my life, but never have I ever dared to cheat at this game. I completely understood that I will never be good at this game I would never dare to play it off as if I was good at this game or something. So, I'm just really trying to understand right now as to what sort of programs could possibly cause this ban to be triggered. ( I do have mods installed from the nexus for fallout 4, but I highly doubt that would affect it).

U have a flex ranked game with swapped summoners. Obv sign as someone else playing on ur account. Ur acct may be compromised.

Not much we can do here on the boards. What triggers the anti-cheating detection is not known to the common player. People here neither have the power to do anything about your ban nor do we have the information the Riot had that led to the ban.

If you're telling the truth, check your match history to see if you spot any games that you don't recognize. If your account was compromised then it's possible that someone logged on and used scripts. Contact Riot support if that's the case.

If you think it's just a mistake by the detection system then it would still be a good idea to contact support and ask them to re-check. The detection system has been known to make mistakes before.
